NICK, RESEARCH SPECIALIST II

I work with the research and validation team, testing our products for both quality purposes and internal R&D. I started as an intern, and even then, I was able to be very hands-on with the products and projects. I was able to interact with people that I wouldn't have been able to elsewhere.

Engineering can be a "desk job" a lot of the time, so what I like about my job is that I am very intimate with the products; I handle them every day - different platforms and materials. I love the hand-on approach that I get to experience in this role.

EMILY, MANUFACTURING SUPERVISOR

My main priorities are making sure helmet production is moving smoothly, everyone is on task, and that we are accomplishing everything we need to do to complete our orders.

I started here when I was 21. My favorite part of my role is being able to help people grow within the company like I did. If someone has the potential and wants to grow, I want to train them to be able to take my job someday!

TOMASZ, PLANT MANAGER

We started with an empty building and have built it up to a production-ready facility. I like creating something new, and I have gotten the wonderful opportunity to do that by launching the Polish facility.

We are now almost 30 employees on the team, and every day, when I enter the shop floor, I am so proud of what we have accomplished. Now, I have the opportunity to promote Galvion in Poland and meet extraordinary people!
