EMS MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS
In early 2021, we opened our state-of-the-art, single-point U.S. manufacturing operation specializing in durable, military grade electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) management solutions and advanced optical coatings. Offering a broad array of environmentally robust functional coating technology to address the growing demands of high-performance soldier integrated systems, we design, engineer and manufacture precision-crafted optical component solutions.
Built onto a class-leading foundation of optical grade injection molding, wet coatings and processes, mechanical design, including impact and/or ballistic requirements, our in-house capabilities include highly skilled designers, product Engineers, additive manufacturing lab, plastic injection molding, dip and flow coating, large vacuum thin film machines, CNC machining and assembly of system in clean room facility.

BROAD CAPABILITIES
We can provide full-service product design, development, prototyping, low rate and large volume production or build-to-print manufacturing for small optical components through large size complex geometry parts.
FAR (LONG) INFRARED
Far-infrared coatings enhance thermal imaging, stealth, and target detection, optimizing sensor performance in defense applications like Satellite Lenses, Forward Looking Infrared (FLIR) Optics and Hypersonic/Missile Windows.
MID (MEDIUM) INFRARED
Mid-infrared coatings improve target identification, missile guidance, and surveillance, enhancing sensor accuracy in defense applications, like Drone Nosecones/Windows, Light Detection & Ranging (LIDAR) Systems, Mid-IR Laser Systems, and Organic Compound Detection Sensors.
NEAR (VISIBLE) INFRARED
Near-infrared coatings enhance low-light visibility, laser protection, and optical clarity, optimizing defense optics and targeting systems, like Augmented Reality Goggles, Night Vision Optics, Pilot Visors and Heads-Up Displays (HUD).
