The data that Nerv Centr® Hub Application collects remains in a log file on your EUD. The data is NOT sensitive data – it is limited to application events.
Data is NOT shared to Galvion or anyone else. The logs are visible to the user. The logs are only needed if an application support issue arises.
In such a case, it is up to the user to manually email the log file to Galvion Customer Support at customercare@galvion.com
